Hanley Ramirez, 1B, Boston Red Sox

Hanley Ramirez has not been especially productive this month, with an ugly .204 wOBA in September, but he has actually been hitting the ball well as of late, ranking 13th in average exit velocity among the 344 hitters with at least 10 batted balls over the past 15 days.

His .229 BABIP on the month is low compared to his .322 career-average -- heck, it's even low compared to his .267 on the season -- and with encouraging contact numbers, we can expect his production to pick up a bit.

Ramirez draws a solid matchup tonight against Toronto Blue Jays righty Marco Estrada, who has a shaky 4.69 SIERA on the season, and has posted reverse platoon splits on the year, allowing a .355 wOBA and especially ugly 5.49 xFIP to right-handed bats.
