The Oakland Athletics, whose 5.42 implied total is Tuesday's highest mark, take on the Detroit Tigers and southpaw Chad Bell.

Bell has only managed a 4.64 SIERA through 22 games this season, and his work against right-handed hitters has been especially blah, giving up a huge .403 wOBA and 5.52 xFIP on a 42.0% hard-hit rate and 13.7% soft-hit rate.

Ryon Healy has thrived against left-handed hurlers in 2017, turning a decent 31.6% hard-hit rate into a .374 wOBA and .228 ISO, and he should be able to keep rolling in this one.
