Asdrubal Cabrera has been hitting the ball well against right-handed pitching this season, with a 35.6% hard-hit rate and 15.8% soft-hit rate.

Those contact numbers create some optimism in tonight's matchup with Washington Nationals righty A.J. Cole, whose weak 5.29 SIERA through four big league starts this season isn't much of a surprise after he struggled to the tune of a 4.45 xFIP in 17 Triple-A starts. He has allowed a .374 wOBA, 5.38 xFIP, 35.7% hard-hit rate and 48.7% fly-ball rate against left-handed bats over his three seasons in the majors, leaving Cabrera with plenty of upside.
