Zach Davies, SP, Milwaukee Brewers

FanDuel Price: $7,500

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

It's a smaller slate, and that means there are bound to be a few clusters of big-time starting pitchers see a bulk of the ownership. Even though they square off against one another in Pittsburgh, Alex Wood and Gerrit Cole are sure to fall into that category.

With a microscopic 15.0% strikeout rate in 2017, Zach Davies is sure to be slightly less-owned than those studs today.

Why You Should Use Him:

Despite that low strikeout rate, Davies has posted a strong 2.91 ERA so far in the second half, which has helped him set a new career high in wins already this year (14).

His improvement on the mound over the course of this year is pretty simple -- he went from allowing 1.39 homers per nine innings in the first half to just 0.39 since the All-Star break. While the righty's fly-ball rate has risen over that time, his hard-hit rate allowed has fallen quite a bit (30.5% in the first half to 26.7% in the second half).

Davies will be facing the San Francisco Giants, who rank dead-last in team wOBA this season, with a mark of just .295.
