Carlos Carrasco isn't as safe as Hill here -- the Cleveland Indians are only -130 favorites on the road in Tampa today, and the Rays boast a top-5 wRC+ against right-handed pitching.

Despite that, Carrasco also offers some terrific upside, having dealt a 26.8% strikeout rate with a 12.5% swinging strike rate on the season. He has been fanning batters especially well recently, with a 13.1% swinging strike rate since July 1.

The Rays, while dangerous against righties, also strike out at a top-3 rate (25.1%), giving Carrasco enough upside that the risk he carries is easy to overlook.
