Chad Pinder, OF, Oakland Athletics

FanDuel Price: $2,700

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Shut down last night, it's tough to believe the league's best offense can be held down two nights in a row. George Springer, who returned to the Houston Astros lineup yesterday, is sure to be a popular play against Carlos Rodon.

With only 239 major league plate appearances, including 184 this season, Chad Pinder of the Oakland Athletics is likely to be a low-owned player.

Why You Should Use Him:

Ignoring Pinder tonight would be a bad idea as opponent Wade Miley of the Baltimore Orioles has struggled through a rough 2017. In 114 1/3 innings pitched, Miley's recorded a 5.03 SIERA, and righties have been ripping him to the tune of a .376 wOBA and 34.2% hard-hit rate.

The sample size is small, but Pinder has been raking in August. In 24 plate appearances this month, he's posted a .217 ISO and 1.025 OPS.

Pinder is in a great spot this evening at a pretty affordable price point, and the Oakland Athletics have the main slate's top implied total (5.23).
