It's almost silly how well (and how consistently) Freddie Freeman makes contact. Over the past four seasons, he has never posted a soft-hit rate above 12.5% and never posted a hard-hit rate below a 38.4%. Those marks sit at 10.4% and 40.6%, respectively, so far this season.

He also ranks 23rd in average batted-ball distance and 20th in average exit velocity among the 300-plus hitters with at least 25 batted balls.

Mike Bolsinger will be on the mound for the Toronto Blue Jays today, and with a .361 wOBA allowed to left-handed hitters over his young career, that should mean big things for Freeman.
