Carlos Correa, SS, Houston Astros

Price: $3,900

While his 2016 production took a slight step back from his 2015 rookie numbers, Carlos Correa improved his hard-hit rate to 37.2% and his soft-hit rate fell to 16.3%. He also had an especially strong 40.7% hard-hit and 15.9% soft-hit rate against left-handed pitchers. He has hit for a .300/.333/.600 slash with a .356 wOBA and .200 ISO in his young career, and will be a tough test for Seattle Mariners southpaw Ariel Miranda.

In 12 games as a rookie last season, Miranda posted an ugly 4.77 SIERA, while righties knocked him around for a 37.2% hard-hit rate and a 5.13 xFIP.

The Houston Astros have a solid 4.64 implied total in this matchup, and with Correa already offering nice value in this individual matchup, the Astros' offense being well-positioned as a team gives him a nice bump in terms of potential RBI and runs scored.
