Matt Andriese, Tampa Bay Rays

First-Pitch Strike Rate: 66.0% (Rank: 11th)

Swinging Strike Rate: 10.3%

In a deal prior to the 2014 season, Matt Andriese joined the Tampa Bay Rays, but the headline part of this trade was Logan Forsythe coming across in the deal, as well.

Andriese was not hailed as a big-time prospect, but he turned in a solid 2016 season, taking 19 starts and throwing 127 2/3 innings. And what stuck out for Andriese was his excellent ability to work ahead of hitters -- which led to a strong 3.90 SIERA last year.

Per NFBC average draft position (ADP) data, Andriese is pretty cheap right now. He's only the 98th starting pitcher off the board at an average pick of 343.56. At this late, he's worthy of a late-round selection.
