Brian McCann isn't a safe or high-floor fantasy option, but he has some solid upside when he takes on right-handed pitching. He's slashing .245/.339/.421 with a mediocre .330 wOBA against righties this year, but he also owns a .176 ISO, a 36.9% hard-hit rate, and a 45.6% fly ball rate.

He draws a great matchup here against Yovani Gallardo, a righty who is sporting a career-worst 5.29 SIERA on the season, while allowing a .357 wOBA with a 5.45 xFIP against left-handed hitters, and McCann is a bit of a boom-or-bust play with big upside tonight.
