Facing Jon Lester of the Cubs, the Astros sport a paltry implied team total of 3.54 runs. Lester has been fantastic as of late, with a 29.4% strikeout rate over 31 2/3 August innings.

Why You Should Use Him:

George Springer enjoys the platoon advantage against left-handed pitching, with a .964 OPS and .283 ISO.

While the sample size is small, in his last 35 plate appearances, Springer has been even hotter, sporting a .976 OPS.

Hitting against the Cubs second ace with such a low implied team total, Springer should be an afterthought for most DFS lineups.
