Jurickson Profar, OF, Texas Rangers

Jurickson Profar will likely draw the enviable job of hitting leadoff against Dan Straily tonight.

Straily has a 4.64 SIERA on the season, and in five years, he has yet to post a SIERA below 4.25. He has been especially bad against left-handed hitters with a massive 5.68 xFIP versus southpaws on the year and a 5.33 mark for his career.

A switch-hitter, Profar by far does his best work against right-handed pitchers. He is slashing .285/.347/.437 with a .339 wOBA against righties on the season. This is a great matchup, and hitting leadoff will allow Profar as many opportunities as he can handle to produce here.
