Brian McCann has shown some impressive power against right-handed pitching over his career, and this season has been no exception.

He has a career 35.1% hard-hit rate, 45.1% fly ball rate and .202 ISO against righties. His 35.2% hard-hit rate and 46.5% fly ball rate versus right-handers this season are right in line with that, while he also has a .179 ISO.

McCann will benefit from a good matchup tonight, taking on Los Angeles Angels' righty Jhoulys Chacin, owner of a 5.92 ERA and 4.66 SIERA this season.

Chacin's career-long numbers -- 4.04 ERA and 4.30 SIERA -- don't inspire much confidence either, and he is especially weak against left-handed hitters with a career 4.59 xFIP against them.
