Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Kyle Seager seems to never get the attention he deserves, and with two excellent options in the Coors Field game, that doesn't seem likely to change tonight.

Why You Should Use Him:

Seager continues to be one of the best third basemen in the game following a horrible first month. Since May 30, he boasts a .384 wOBA, .535 slugging percentage, and 36.7% hard-hit rate. He's been even hotter recently, posting a .434 wOBA and .600 slugging percentage over his past nine games.

Seager has a great chance to keep the good times rolling tonight in an advantageous lefty-righty matchup against Jhoulys Chacin. Chacin is the owner of a 5.84 ERA on the year and was most recently seen throwing batting practice to the Cleveland Indians, a game from which he was chased in the second inning after giving up seven runs. In the three starts before that, it was more of the same for Chacin, who allowed 16 runs on 24 hits in 11 1/3 innings.

Chacin has also struggled with lefties in his career, posting a career 3.74 xFIP against righties and 4.58 xFIP against lefties. Seager has absolutely crushed right-handed pitching over his career, and should have no trouble with Chacin tonight.

Seager's price and matchup make him a viable play in all formats if you are comfortable fading the Coors game.
