Victor Oladipo, PG/SG, Indiana Pacers

DraftKings Salary: $9,600

It is going to be very interesting to see which top-tier guard people gravitate towards today between Victor Oladipo and Wall, who is just $100 more. On one hand, Wall burned a lot of people his last time out, so there may be some negative recency bias there. But Dipo's price is way up, and this is the back end of a back-to-back, which may scare some off. Hopefully his ownership is down because Oladipo could absolutely crush in this spot.

We'll start with the back-to-back concerns. This will mark the eighth game Oladipo has played on "zero days rest," so we have a decent sample size to draw conclusions from. In the seven other such instances, Oladipo has actually performed better than usual, averaging 48.6 DraftKings points. That is almost exactly what Oladipo needs (48) to hit five-times his salary-implied value.

And that is the only real concern -- the price. Oladipo has received the "Lakers-bump" in anticipation of this matchup as the Los Angeles Lakers play at the league's quickest pace and have allowed the fourth-most points per game this season. As such, Indiana has the second-highest implied team total today, with only the Denver Nuggets expected to score more. The difference between this spot and the Nuggets' game script is that there is just a two-point spread in this one, so there is significantly less blowout risk to worry about. If this game is as high-scoring and competitive as it is expected to be, Oladipo could easily finish as the top scorer on the slate. Los Angeles is already ranked in the bottom five in DraftKings points per game allowed to shooting guards and will be without their best perimeter defender in Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.
