Questions
Would you consider this cheating?
If you want to get rid of a player, and he is too good to just drop. Is it cheating to trade that player to a bad team in your league to prevent a good team from getting him off waivers.

e.g. Instead of dropping E Sanders, trade him to the worst team in the league for Marcel Reece. Then drop Reece.

I don't think so at all. Unless you're agreeing to split some money then its not collusion.

I don't think it is either, but in my league 9 out of 12 ppl have family members.

...(got cut off) so when you see family members passing around good players for nothing it looks a very suspect

Maybe. If the intent is to free up a roster spot, it makes sense. But if it's to help out your little brother because you feel bad he's in last place, then yeah, that's not cool. But if you just look at it in a vacuum...Sanders for Reece, I can see that being vetoed.
