Questions
Should I accept this trade? Give up: DeAndre Hopkins, Dion Lewis; Receive: Eddie Lacy, James Jones.
I'm in a 10 team ESPN Standard league and some other relevant players I currently roster are: Adrian Peterson, Jeremy Hill, Rashad Jennings, Antonio Andrews; AJ Green, Keenan Allen, Eric Decker, Golden Tate, and Leonard Hankerson. Hopkins looks like a monster every week, and I'm concerned about the risk I'd be taking on with Lacy and JJ. However, I'm also intrigued by the thought of having 2 of most leagues' top 3 draft picks on my team. There always seems to be a new wide receiver playing well available on the waver wire, not the case at running back. I think Lacy's workload potential on an elite offense also makes him an attractive option. Will Blount take away snaps from Lewis when the dust settles? Will Davante Adams take away targets from James Jones when he returns? Thanks for reading and for the advice.

I like Hopkins the best in this since he IS this teams offense alongside Arian Foster. Dion has Blount, Gronk, Edelman and Lafell in a few weeks, Lacy/Jones has every GB WR, Richard Rodgers and Aaron Rodgers legs.

So in other words, I shouldn't do the trade because there are too many mouths to feed in Green Bay? Since the same applies to New England, should I not be so high on Dion Lewis?

Lewis just renewed with the Patriots. Reports are that the team trusts him a lot. Honestly, it's a coin toss between Lewis and Lacy. I'd keep Lewis because the Pats offense seems even better than the Packers'

Of course, there's always the "Belichick" risk with RBs, but this year they appear to be more stable at that position.

James Jones is a TD machine that's getting more yardage with Davante Adams hurt. I expect that number to decrease with either Adams back or with the rookies (Montgomery, Janis) getting used to the offense.

AP + Lewis is a heck of a RB corps. Before trading any of them I would try to sell a package of Hill + a WR you're not going to use a lot (Tate/Hankerson, maybe even Decker) for a RB that's going to produce more than Hill (i.e. not in a committee).

Thanks for the response, Lucas. All valid points I will consider.
