Reed, Cameron, Wright, or Clay off waivers?

I have Gates, but the Chargers (and Gates) have been brutal lately. I'm looking to stash an upside TE from waivers that I might start over Gates in the fantasy playoffs. Should I pick up Reed, Cameron, Wright, or Clay?

Umm, can I be in your league? JK. I would take a flyer on Charles Clay. A TE I drafted late in a 12 team PPR league, who has battled injury but has some solid match-ups on the horizon.

Hey, hey... the league is competitive, but we have shallow benches, so it's hard to carry a second TE, let alone an injured one.

I only say that because I drafted Vernon Davis =(. Then picked up Dwayne Allen =(. And dropped Charles Clay =(. I have to ammend this answer and say Wright, as both Cameron and Clay seem out. I will personally have to roll with Heath Miller this week. he's my only hope =(.
