Smith had a rough year in 2014-15, as he posted a 14-42-5 record with a 3.16 goals-against-average and a .904 save percentage. Even if the Coyotes are in the middle of a full rebuild, it’s hard to imagine Smith’s numbers being as ugly as they were a year ago. With Anders Lindback as his backup, Smith should see a lot of work in 2015-'16.
