Steve Mason going between the pipes Thursday for Flyers
Philadelphia Flyers goalie Steve Mason will start on Thursday night against the New Jersey Devils.
Mason will look to keep things rolling Thursday after posting a 23-save shutout last night over the Pittsburgh Penguins. He's been solid on no days rest this season, going 4-2-0 with a 2.44 goals-against average (GAA) and .919 save percentage (SV%). Those are actually stronger than his numbers for the year (2.71 GAA and .907 SV%).
The Flyers are tied for 23rd in numberFire's NHL Team Power Rankings while the Devils are a few spots back in 27th.
