Coyotes call Louis Domingue for second game of back-to-back
Arizona Coyotes goalie Louis Domingue has been named the starter for Thursday's contest versus the Vancouver Canucks.
Mike Smith started on Wednesday in a 2-1 loss to the Calgary Flames, so Domingue will take over on Thursday night. He's 4-8-0 this season with a .899 save percentage and 3.42 goals-against average. The Canucks are second-worst in the league with 2.00 goals for per game.
Domingue is numberFire's second-best option in the net on Thursday night, according to our metrics. We project him for 28.16 saves, 30.64 attempts and a 53.0 percent chance of winning.
