Boston preparing an offer sheet for Jets' Jacob Trouba
The Boston Bruins are reportedly preparing an offer sheet for Winnipeg Jets defenseman Jacob Trouba.
Boston has been vocal about its desire to get better and younger on the blue line. The Bruins' offer, according to Joe Haggerty, would be worth a minimum of $47 million. If Winnipeg doesn't match it, the Jets will receive four consecutive first-round picks from Boston.
Trouba had six goals and 21 points in 81 games last season. He posted a 51.3 Corsi For Percentage and -0.3 Relative Corsi For Percentage at even Strength.
