San Jose Sharks winger Patrick Marleau had a goal and an assist in Thursday night's Game 7 victory for the San Jose Sharks.
What It Means:
San Jose obliterated the Predators, 5-0, to advance to the third round of the playoffs. Marleau now has nine points in 12 playoff games this season, a nice total considering he had 48 points in 82 games during the regular season.
The 48 points marked his lowest full-season total since the 2007-'08 campaign. Marleau's 51.0 Corsi For Percentage and -3.1 Relative Corsi For Percentage at Even Strength were both career-worst numbers.
