Montreal Canadiens netminder Mike Condon stopped 39 of 42 shots in a 4-3 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Condon and the Habs spoiled what should have been two points for the Red Wings. Down 3-2 heading into the final frame, Condon stopped 23 shots in the third stanza and watched his teammates score two goals to earn the win for the Canadiens.
Condon improves his record to 19-23-6 with a 2.72 goals against average and .903 save percentage.
