Chicago Blackhawks netminder Scott Darling saved 31 of 32 shots in a 4-1 victory against the Calgary Flames Saturday night.
What It Means:
Darling has been filling in for the injured Corey Crawford (upper body) and, for the most part, the backup goaltender has done a good job. Darling has allowed two or fewer goals in three of his last four games. With Crawford still unable to skate, it's Darling's crease for at least a few more games.
