Rex Burkhead (knee) could be 'eased into the mix' for Patriots
New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead (knee) will likely be "eased into the mix," expects ESPN's Mike Reiss.
Burkhead isn't on the Week 1 injury report, but Reiss believes "there is an acclimation process that still needs to take place." Sony Michel (knee) was limited at Wednesday's practice, so if the Patriots take it slow with Burkhead, look for James White and perhaps Jeremy Hill to be more involved.
numberFire's models expect Burkhead to score 12.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,300 in the opener. He's the RB14 in our weekly PPR fantasy rankings.
