Bills' A.J. McCarron did not break his collarbone, will soon return to practice
Buffalo Bills quarterback A.J. McCarron did not break his collarbone against the Browns last Friday. He is expected to return to practice soon.
This news obviously muddies the quarterback situation in Buffalo. Josh Allen looked like he had the inside track to starting with McCarron on the shelf, but that's no longer a sure thing. Allen will still start in the Bills' third preseason game on Sunday.
We still project Allen to be the starter and have him ranked as the QB32 for the season.
