Patriots' Rob Gronkowski only tight end projected for double-digit scores
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is projected as the number-one fantasy option at the position in 2018.
Gronk has been reportedly considering a number of options for his career this offseason, including retiring and holding out for a new contract. Despite these potential off-the-field worries, he's poised to top 1,000 yards receiving for the fourth time in five years and is the only tight end projected for even more than 8 touchdowns in numberFire's rest-of-season models.
Our models project Gronkowski for 1,010 receiving yards and 12.5 touchdowns on 72 catches this year, as our top tight end for fantasy purposes in 2018.
