Dion Lewis 'unsure' if he'll return to Patriots
Free agent running back told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tuesday that he's "unsure" if he'll return to the New England Patriots in 2018.
Lewis said, "[I] want to make sure that I'm valued." He added that he hopes it works out, citing the proximity of Foxboro to his home in Albany, New York. He went on to say that he understands how the team works and that he'll look at opportunities elsewhere. Lewis is likely to be the most coveted back in free agency this offseason. James White, Mike Gillislee and Brandon Bolden are the team's only rushers currently under contract.
Lewis played in all 16 games, tallying 1,110 total yards and 9 touchdowns on 212 touches this season.
