Vikings will reportedly 'consider' A.J. McCarron in free agency
The Minnesota Vikings will reportedly 'consider' free agent quarterback A.J. McCarron as an option in free agency.
McCarron won his grievance against the Cincinnati Bengals and was granted free agency. It's unlikely that he's the team's top option. Kirk Cousins is still out there, and the team could certainly look to bring back Case Keenum. McCarron is expected to get up to $10 million a year on the market.
Last season, McCarron appeared in 3 games, throwing for 66 yards and 0 touchdowns on 14 attempts.
