Jets befuddle Ryan Tannehill in Dolphins' loss
Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill struggled mightily Sunday, completing 19 of 44 passes for 4.5 yards per attempt, in a loss to the New York Jets.
Tannehill threw two touchdowns and two interceptions on the day. He was also sacked three times, losing a total of 31 yards.
Tannehill's struggles are even more defined when you look at his metrics. He had -18.47 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) on his 47 drop backs. The worst total in the league entering Week 4 was Chicago Bears quarterback Jimmy Clausen at -16.69. Tannehill's Passing NEP was 1.61 through his first 134 drop backs, but Sunday will be a big hit to his analytics.
