Packers' Jordy Nelson (shoulder) out for Week 17 against Detroit
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson (shoulder) is out for Week 17 against the Lions.
There is nothing at stake for either team in this game so it's not surprising to see Nelson call it a season a game early. The Packers will also be without Davante Adams (concussion), so Randall Cobb will be in the slot flanked by Geronimo Allison and Michael Clark. Jeff Janis could even see some targets.
Nelson finished the season with 53 receptions for 482 yards and six touchdowns.
