Panthers' Damiere Byrd (leg) lands on injured reserve
The Carolina Panthers have placed WR Damiere Byrd on injured reserve with a leg injury.
It's an unfortunate break for a player who was starting to come on at the end of the season. With Byrd out the Panthers receiving depth chart looks like this heading into the playoffs: Devin Funchess, Russell Shepard, Kaelin Clay, Brenton Bersin and Mose Frazier.
Byrd finished the season averaging 4.3 FanDuel points per game. He posted 31.8 total points over his last three contests, however.
