Oakland Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper is active for Monday's game versus the Philadelphia Eagles.

Cooper was limited in practice all week, but he will return to the Raiders lineup in Week 16, after missing 2 of the past 3 games. He's not projected to play a big role, but will at least draw defenders away from Michael Crabtree.
