Peyton Barber starting for Buccaneers at running back with Doug Martin (concussion) out
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Peyton Barber will start in Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers with Doug Martin (concussion) sidelined.
Barber will get the honor but he and Jacquizz Rodgers are expected to split the majority of Martin's workload, with Charles Sims factoring in a bit on passing downs. Barber is a 23-year-old second-year undrafted free agent out of Auburn, with 85 carries for 311 yards and 3 touchdowns in his young career.
numberFire's models project Barber to rush 4.3 times for 19.7 yards and 0.14 touchdowns on Sunday, with 1.7 catches for 17.4 yards and 0.02 scores through the air. He's pegged for 5.5 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,600 in Week 13.
