Falcons' Devonta Freeman remains in concussion protocol
Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman remains in the concussion protocol.
Per ESPN's Vaughn McClure, Freeman "feels ready to play," but that won't make a difference if he's not cleared by Sunday's matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This is Freeman's second concussion in four months. If he sits again, Tevin Coleman will carry the mail for Atlanta in a plus matchup.
In the event he gets cleared, numberFire's models conservatively project Freeman to rush 7.8 times for 35.8 yards and 0.32 touchdowns, with another 1.4 catches for 11.1 yards and 0.02 touchdowns in Week 12.
