Rod Smith gets seven touches in Cowboys' Week 10 defeat

Dallas Cowboys running back Rod Smith ran three times for 14 yards and caught four passes for 15 yards in his team's 27-7 Week 10 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

What It Means:

Alfred Morris was the clear lead rusher in Week 10. Smith was featured in garbage time, and also established himself as the team's best receiving back with Ezekiel Elliott suspended. Smith saw six targets in the passing game. Neither Morris nor Darren McFadden saw a target. Still, as long as Morris is around then Smith doesn't have much of a fantasy ceiling. Dallas hosts the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 11.

Smith finished Week 10 with 4.9 FanDuel points and 1.03 Receiving Net Expected Points, per numberFire live.
