Paxton Lynch reportedly 'could start' for Broncos in Week 10
Denver Broncos quarterback Paxton Lynch (shoulder) "could start" Week 10 against the New England Patriots, reports Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.
Lynch likely would have gotten the nod for today's matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles, but he's had less than two weeks of practice after returning from a shoulder injury the sophomore suffered in the Broncos' third preseason game. Brock Osweiler will start in Week 9, but once Lynch is able, he'll likely take over under center for Denver.
In three games (two starts) as a rookie last year, Lynch completed 49-of-83 passes for 497 yards with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.
