Cardinals' Carson Palmer hopes to return in 4-to-6 weeks
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer is hopeful he can return from his broken left arm in 4-to-6 weeks.
Palmer is going for a second opinion on Monday, because his initial timeline was eight weeks which would have almost surely ended his season. The injury is to Palmer's non-throwing arm, so there does seem to be a chance he returns this season. Drew Stanton will likely start Week 8, but Blaine Gabbert also has a shot to start after Stanton looked awful coming in for Palmer on Sunday.
Our models project Palmer for 269.8 passing yards, 1.6 touchdowns, and 1.0 interceptions remaining this season.
