Jay Ajayi inefficient in Dolphins' wild Week 7 win
Miami Dolphins running back Jay Ajayi ran 21 times for 53 yards and caught three passes for 26 yards as his team defeated the New York Jets 31-28 in Week 7.
His longest run of the day went for just 11 yards. Ajayi had no where to run on the ground, but luckily for fantasy owners the Dolphins kept giving him carries, which allowed him to accumulate rushing yards via volume. Ajayi will look for his first touchdown of the year on Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 8.
Ajayi finished Week 7 with 9.4 FanDuel points and -4.70 Rushing Net Expected Points, per numberFire live.
