Jordan Matthews (thumb) making slow progress for Bills
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Jordan Matthews (thumb) hasn't taken as many team reps this week as the team would have liked, head coach Sean McDermott said.
Matthews has returned to practice for the first time since undergoing thumb surgery at the beginning of the month, but apparently he's still got some work to do before returning to game action. If he does play in Week 7, Matthews will likely be at well less than full health versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In four games this season, Matthews has 10 receptions on 13 targets for 162 yards and 1 touchdown. He's averaging 6.8 FanDuel points per contest.
