Vikings' Teddy Bridgewater (knee) practices but is not expected to play in Week 7
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater (knee) practiced for the first time since 2015.
There was a buzz around Bridgewater's return to practice on Wednesday, but coach Mike Zimmer cautioned that he's unlikely to return this week. “He’s probably not going to play this week, so we need to put the brakes on things a little bit,†said Zimmer. Still, Bridgewater took some first-team reps and drew positive reviews from teammates, which is a good sign that he could return in the coming weeks.
In 2015, Bridgewater threw for 3,231 yards, 14 touchdowns, and 9 interceptions.
