Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott and NFLPA file for another Temporary Restraining Order
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott and the NFLPA have filed a motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injection to delay the NFL imposing a six-game suspension.
Here we go again. If the motion is granted, Elliott will not be suspended until the 5th District Court releases a decision. That decision is not expected to come until the season is over. For now, the running back remains suspended and is barred from attending Cowboys' practice or playing in Week 7's game versus the San Francisco 49ers. As always, stay tuned for further information.
Elliott has rushed for 393 yards and 2 touchdowns while catching 17 passes for 134 yards and 1 touchdown in 5 games this season.
