Chiefs' Alex Smith held in check by Steelers' defense
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith threw for 246 yards and 1 touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Smith completed 19-of-34 passes for an average of 7.2 yards per attempt. He connected with De'Anthony Thomas on a 57-yard touchdown but was quite ordinary otherwise. He added 13 rushing yards on the ground in his lowest-rated performance (88.6 QB rating) of the season.
Our models projected Smith for 21.6 FanDuel points, and he underwhelmed with just 15.14 points on Sunday.
