Buccaneers' (ankle) Lavonte David will play in Week 6
Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Dirk Koetter said that weakside linebacker Lavonte David will play against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6.
David has missed the last two games with an ankle injury, but he joins T.J. Ward (hip) and Robert Ayers (back) in returning to the Tampa Bay defense this week. Meanwhile, fellow linebacker Kwon Alexander will remain out with a hamstring injury.
In 2 games, David has 16 tackles and 1 fumble recovery. He should help to bolster a middle-of-the-road defense ranked in the bottom 8 against the pass this season.
