Paul Perkins (ribs) out for Giants in Week 6
New York Giants running back Paul Perkins has been ruled out ahead of this week's game against the Denver Broncos.
Perkins is dealing with a rib issue and will now make it two straight weeks on the inactive list. If and when he returns, it's unlikely that he gets significant work. Orleans Darkwa, Wayne Gallman and Shane Vereen should continue to split time for the Giants.
Our models have Perkins down for just 271.6 rushing yards and 1.08 touchdowns on 77.7 carries the rest of the year.
