Giants' Sterling Shepard (ankle) ruled out for Week 6
New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard will not play in Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos.
Shepard suffered an ankle injury last week and is considered week-to-week. He joins a long list of Giants players and wideouts on the inactive list, leaving Roger Lewis and Evan Engram as Eli Manning's primary targets in this week's matchup in Denver.
With 22 catches, 263 yards and 1 score to date, our models project Shepard for 52.4 catches (82.5 targets), 625.5 yards and 3.51 touchdowns the rest of this season.
