Ed Dickson comes back to earth in Panthers' Thursday loss
Carolina Panthers tight end Ed Dickson was held to four catches for 36 yards in the team's 28-23 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday night.
Last time out, Dickson took five catches for a career-high 175 yards against the Detroit Lions. But, despite seeing a season-high eight targets, Dickson was more of a non-factor against the Eagles in Week 6. This should remind us that Dickson's a matchup-dependent play while Greg Olsen (foot surgery) remains out.
We project Dickson to contribute 24.2 catches, 305.3 yards and 2.86 touchdowns on 38.2 targets the rest of the season for Carolina.
