The ruling removes a temporary injunction granted to Elliott, that allowed him to play while the suspension was fought in court. As of now, Elliott's suspension is scheduled to start in Week 7, after the Cowboys' bye week. However, the star running back is bound to appeal or file a motion for a new injunction, allowing him to play while the suspension is argued in court. So this is by far not the end. Alfred Morris and Darren McFadden stand to fill in for Elliott if the suspension is upheld.
