Saints bringing Willie Snead (hamstring) back 'slowly'
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Willie Snead said that the team is working him back into the offense "slowly" as he returns from a suspension and hamstring injury.
Snead said that he is "definitely" ready for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions. But, after missing five weeks due to suspension, injury and bye, he added that "Right now, they're throwing me back in there slowly." On the plus side, he said, "I think my role will grow more and more every week."
In a showdown with the Lions, we project Snead for 3.4 catches, 45.2 yards and 8.3 FanDuel points at a price of $5,600 this week.
